Agreement between the users of the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service, the QuickAppétit website and QuickAppétit, a canadian entreprise owner and operator of the website www.quickappétit.com and its software (QuickAppétit), including the system of geolocalisation, the system of orders and deliveries, the system of online orders and all content provide by QuickAppétit through QuickAppétit Online Deliver System and the Quickppétit website.

BY USING THE QUICKAPPÉTIT ONLINE DELIVERY SERVICE ADMINISTRATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, AND QUICKAPPÉTIT'S PRIVACY POLICY. You may not use the Service If you choose to not agree with any of these terms.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service.

QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service may contain links to third party websites not owned by QuickAppétit. QuickAppétit has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. This is why QuickAppétit has not the responsibility to censor or edit the content of any third­party website. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that QuickAppétit shall not be responsible for any damages, claims or other liability arising from or related to your use of any third­party website.

A. In accord with your agreement to these Terms of Service, QuickAppétit grants you permission to use its Online Delivery Service under the follow conditions:

I. Your use of the Service is exclusively for your personal use. You are not allowed to resell or charge others for use of or access to the QuickAppétit Online Service, or in any other manner inconsistent with QuickAppétit’s Terms of Service.

II. You are not allowed to duplicate, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service in any medium without QuickAppétit's prior written authorization.

III. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, alter or modify any part of the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service or QuickAppétit website.

B. In order to access and use the features of QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service, you acknowledge and agree that you will have to provide QuickAppétit with personal information, with the only purpose of providing to the users the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service. You hereby give your express consent to QuickAppétit to periodically access information about clients, users, orders, and other personal information registered through the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service to find and keep track of the geolocalisation of restaurants, clients domicile, orders, delivers, and deliverymen in order to provide en efficient service. We may collect names, addresses or email addresses and phone numbers of QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service users exclusively for the use of the service. That’s why you agree hereby to provide accurate and complete information. You are the only responsible for the information that you submit and that are displayed on the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service. You must notify QuickAppétit immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service. QuickAppétit will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. You may be liable for the losses of QuickAppétit or others due to such unauthorized use.

C. You expressly agree herby not to use or launch any automated system, including robots, spiders, offline readers, etc. or load testers such as wget, apache bench, mswebstress, httpload, blitz, Xcode Automator, Android Monkey, etc., in order to accesses the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service in a manner that sends more request of orders to the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using the QuickAppétit Online Delivery System. You are forbidden from ripping the content unless specifically allowed. QuickAppétit disallow any efforts to reverse­engineer our system, our protocols. You are not allowed to explore outside the boundaries of the normal requests made by QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service clients. We disallow using request modification tools such as fiddler or whisker, or any other such tools activities that are meant to explore or harm, penetrate or test the site. You agree not to spam, or solicit for commercial purposes the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service and QuickAppétit website.

The design of the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service along with QuickAppétit website, created texts, scripts, graphics, interactive features, the trademarks such as service marks and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to Corrales Londono, M. (2014), subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Canada and foreign laws and international conventions. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service or QuickAppétit website unless you have a previous authorisation of QuickAppétit. This includes any use, copying, or distribution of Status Submissions of third parties obtained through the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service for any commercial purposes.

A. The QuickAppétit t Online Deliver Service allows its users to submit status text, profile photos and other communications submitted by you. These Status Submissions may be hosted, shared, and/or published as part of the QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service, and may be visible to other users of the Service. Status Submissions may be globally viewed by QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service users. You acknowledge and agree that any Status Submissions may be globally viewed by other QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service users, so don’t submit or post status messages or profile photos that you don’t want to be seen globally. You retain your ownership rights in your Status Submissions. You understand that whether or not such Status Submissions are published, QuickAppétit does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions.

B. You are the only responsible for your own Status Submissions and of the consequences of posting or publishing them. QuickAppétit Online Delivery Service is only acting as an administrator of data to improve the delivery distribution of the orders through its Online Delivery System. User submitted statuses do not represent the views or opinions of QuickAppétit, and QuickAppétit makes no guarantees as to the validity, accuracy or legal status of any status.
